Pricing for our services may change at any time without warning. Our payment and refund policies remain effective regardless of any pricing adjustments.
Just Another Smm does not guarantee specific delivery times or the permanence of followers, likes, or views. Any estimated delivery time is only a best effort and should not be considered a guarantee. Orders currently being processed are non-refundable based on delivery time concerns.
Services without a refill option are not eligible for replacement, even in cases of complete drop-off. Please select services that include refills if you want that protection. We reserve the right to modify the type of service provided when necessary to fulfill your order satisfactorily.
Engaging in malicious or abusive behavior may result in suspension of your account. Users will be allowed to utilize any remaining balance before suspension is finalized. Creating new accounts to bypass suspension will lead to permanent termination of all associated accounts, including those with remaining balances.
All services offered by Just Another Smm are intended strictly for personal use.

Refund Policy
All payments made to Just Another Smm are final and non-reversible once the deposit is processed. Your deposited balance can only be used to place orders within our platform.
By completing a payment, you agree not to initiate any disputes or chargebacks against Just Another Smm for any reason.
If a dispute or chargeback is filed after payment, we reserve the right to cancel all pending and future orders, ban your account from our platform, and revoke any followers or likes delivered to you or your client's social media profiles.
Orders placed through Just Another Smm are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once submitted. However, if an order cannot be fulfilled, a credit refund will be issued to your Just Another Smm account balance.
Orders involving private or incorrect social media accounts will not be eligible for refunds. Please verify all order details carefully before submission.
Any fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen payment methods, will result in immediate account termination without exceptions.
To ensure accurate delivery, avoid using multiple servers simultaneously for the same social media page. Orders affected by such actions will not qualify for refunds.
Service Usage and Guidelines
Just Another Smm is designed to help promote your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media accounts by enhancing your profile’s visibility and appearance.
We guarantee the delivery of the followers you purchase; however, we do not promise that these followers will engage or interact with your content.
While we make efforts to provide followers with profile pictures, biographies, and uploaded media, we cannot guarantee that every account will have these features.
You are strictly prohibited from uploading any content to Just Another Smm that contains nudity or any material that violates the guidelines of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
Refunds are not available for orders placed on private accounts. Please verify that your account is set to public before placing an order.
Important: We are committed to transparency. The followers, likes, and views provided are synthetic and do not represent real people or authentic interactions, unless explicitly stated in the service description.
These services are intended solely for appearance enhancement and do not reflect genuine user engagement.
